We want you to be happy with your purchase — whether it’s a one-of-a-kind vintage piece or a limited-edition gaming tee from Clem’s Loot Drop. Here’s how returns work depending on where you made your purchase:
Marketplace Orders (Vinted, Depop, eBay)
Items purchased through Vinted, Depop, or eBay are covered by the return policies of those platforms. If you’d like to return or report an issue with a marketplace item, please follow the steps on the respective platform where you placed your order.
Loot Drop T-Shirts (Printful Fulfilment)
Our Loot Drop T-shirts are printed and shipped via Printful. Returns are accepted only for defective, misprinted, or damaged items. Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.
If you believe your shirt arrived with a manufacturing issue, please contact us via the form within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short message.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
